  8. Download the newest version from www.dw-soft,com. Run Setup.exe. Follow the instructions
  9. on the screen.

  17. ircA service requires win2000/XP or higher. It works like windows NT service.
  18. We recomment use logging to database. So you must have any database wich supports 
  19. SQL and can connect through ODBC. After installiation read help how to prepare 
  20. database for ircA service.
